Currently, we have successfully produced finished products that meet all specifications, removing core component obstacles for the project's implementation.

Strict Requirements for the Customer's Project

1. Adapt to a wide AC voltage input range of 85-265Vac.

2.  Achieve dual isolated outputs: 12V/0.5A constant current (CC) with PWM dimming, and 3.3V/0.15A constant voltage (CV), with a total power of 6.5W.

3. Meet power quality standards: Power Factor Correction (PFC) > 0.9 and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) < 10%.

4. Control the size and cost of circuits and magnetic components to match the annual mass production plan of 10K-20K units.

Technical Breakthroughs of Core Components

EI Switching Power Supply Transformers: Focused on breaking through wide voltage adaptation and isolation performance. By optimizing magnetic core materials and winding structures, they not only stably support the independent grounding design for dual outputs but also help the system easily achieve Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) optimization goals, ensuring that PFC and THD indicators meet standards.

LED Power Inductors：Tailored to match the constant current requirements of LED arrays. While ensuring stable 12V/0.5A output and flicker-free PWM dimming, they significantly reduced volume, fully meeting the customer's "size minimization" requirement.
